I obtained my Real Estate Sale License in 1993 and went to work in the "family business" at Aromas Realty in Monterey County.  My father was the Broker and my mother was his top Sales Agent.  I learned from the best of the best!  In 2000 I obtained my Real Estate Brokers License and took over management and co-ownership of the business.  In 2004 I moved to Coarsegold and opened my own Real Estate Office, Purdy Properties, Inc.  In 2009 I merged my company with Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate and here I am.

From 1986 to 1993 I worked in the Real Estate Loan Industry where I learned everything from processing loans, drawing loan documents, and funding of the loans.  My combined years in the Finance Industry and Real Estate Sales gives me 23 years experience!
